The 25-year-old says he’s learnt a lot from his first senior Paris-Roubaix in 2015 and is looking to place himself at the core of Sky’s Classics line-up FENN Andrew (GBR) Sky Photo : Yuzuru SUNADA Andy Fenn, now starting his second season with Team Sky, was working hard in the team’s final winter training camp, pushing hard – and being pushed hard – in training in Mallorca.
25-year-old Fenn was buckling down to it, “For me the main focus will be the Spring Classics ,” said the quietly spoken Fenn.
“We’ve got a really young group for those races now, with Ian Stannard and Luke (Rowe) as our two main guys, with G (Geraint Thomas) and (Michal) Kwiatkowski coming in , but they probably won’t be doing all of the cobbled races.
“My goal is to be the third guy of that core group – with Stannard and Luke – that’d be nice.”
