Well, the Travel System modular backpack from Slicks has been well received because it has smashed through its Kickstarter funding goal just 72 hours after we announced it last week.
The company was looking for 80,000 CHF, but with 39 days still remaining on the campaign, it’s up to 97,388 CHF. That’s about £55,000. As a quick reminder, the Slicks Travel System aims to the a complete solution, and a very flexible and adaptable one at that, for lugging stuff around, whether it’s on the bike, train, plane or walking.
The bag is modular. You can buy just the backpack if that’s all you need. You can add extra modules, including one that acts as a mobile wardrobe and another that keeps your suit crisp and crease-free.
The Backpack is constructed from a water-resistant 600D PU-coated Nylon material. The pack comes with a lightweight rain cover which packs away in a small side pocket.
