Doull and Dibben proved to be unbeatable during the evening’s racing, with a convincing win the Madison time trial. The duo are currently training hard as part of Great Britain’s team pursuit squad aiming for victory at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Doull put their victory down to a long-standing close friendship: “It helps being such good mates, me and Jon [Dibben] live together so we’re always with each other,” said the 22-year-old Welshman.
“There is only one year between us and we’ve been racing together since we were 12 so it makes a big difference.”
