Spotify Has Revealed Its Most Popular Workout Tracks

Another year is upon us and as ever, people are stepping aboard the ‘new year, new me’ hypetrain, in a desperate attempt to shrug off the post-Christmas period spent endlessly masticating.

Earphones will be whacked in, music turned up and weights racked onto barbells in an effort to get fit, get motivated and stay that way. And with over 25 million workout playlists being created on Spotify, we thought we’d educate you in the tracks taking precedence.

Eminem’s “Till I Collapse” is the most popular workout song globally and is frequented in Spotify’s workout playlists year after year and, unsurprisingly, “Lose Yourself” features in Spotify’s top five blood-pumping songs, proving a firm favourite for gym-goers, even after 15 years since its release.
