George Ford is one of Rugby Union’s fastest rising stars. At 15 he joined the England U18s team and was swiftly made captain before being pushed forward to the U20s two years later. Since 2014, he has been a regular member of the squad for the Six Nations and the World Cup.
Here, the 24-year-old England co-captain reveals some tips that have helped him get to the top of his game.
1. Make It Second Nature
“I learnt the basics as a kid,” says Ford. “But the thing is, I learnt the basics without knowing I was learning the basics – it just became second nature.”
