Gordon Ramsay Sparks Controversy After Mocking Vegans and PETA

Gordon Ramsay is feeling the heat for poking fun of PETA on Twitter.

“I’m a member of PETA ! People eating tasty animals……,” the celebrity chef and Hell’s Kitchen host wrote after Twitter user @thiccqueer asked Ramsay to comment on their vegan lasagna.

Ramsay’s comment got over 44,000 retweets, 150,000 likes, and over 1,000 comments. One comment in particular came from the animal rights group itself, which actually stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

PETA chimed in on Ramsay’s thread to tell the chef why someday he may one day become one of their members.
