Pizza Could Be Healthier Than Cereal, Weird Research Suggests

Making a nutritional, healthy breakfast is harder than it seems. From saving money to finding easy recipes, most men are likely to opt for a bowl of cereal to save time, money and effort. 

But a nutritionist is now claiming a slice of pizza in the morning could be heathier than a bowl of Frosted Flakes.

According to registered dietitian Chelsey Amer, a slice of pizza could be a more balanced breakfast option, as it houses more protein, ‘fresh’ ingredients and considerably less sugar than the average supermarket cereal. Speaking to the Daily Mail, Amer said, “You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories.”
