Having won the 2016 and 2017 CrossFit Games, earning him the most coveted title in fitness of ‘the fittest guy on earth’, it’s fair to say we could learn a thing or two from Mat Fraser.

We caught up with the American athlete while he was in London launching Nike’s newest training shoe, the Metcon4. He told us why what you do outside of the gym is just as important as your workout and how joining a CrossFit box could be the best training decision you make this year.
