Must get some good and serious training in for the London Triathlon (#lontri). Only 8 weeks to go. The diet starts tomorrow. #
Results in: Should’ve been better, hills are my excuse. Swim 20:14/750m, Bike 41:35/20km, Run 30:38/5km, Total 01:39:58. Damn those hills #
Took decision not to wear socks or gloves on ride and run, only the necessary. It should pay off for faster transition times. We’ll see… #
